Jeddah Airport and Terminals Information
Metropolis of Jeddah is an ideal location for the country with respect to business point of view due to the significance of Islamic port. The city has two airports with one operated as military and other one is the International Airport for the commercial aviation. The airport consists of seven terminals for seven different purposes. The two main terminals that are devoted to serve passengers of scheduled flights of commercial airlines. The north terminal serves all foreign airlines that fly from Jedda. The south terminal is operated by Saudia Airlines and domestic operation of local private airlines and some airlines that fly with at least one stop in Saudi Arabia after takeoff from Jeddah and before landing in Jeddah i.e. Kenya Airways and Korean Airlines. There are two Hajj terminals with amazing architecture of umbrella shaped terminals, purposely built to deal with Umrah and Hajj passengers. The other terminals are Cargo, VIP, and Royal Terminal with their own land space and other facilities.

Only two airlines that operate direct flights from UK; British Airways and Saudia Airlines. British Airways only fly from London Heathrow Airport but Saudia Airlines flies from London Heathrow and Manchester.

Middle East Airlines with Flights to Jeddah
Etihad Airways, Emirates, Gulf Air, Kuwait Airways, and Oman Airways flies from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, and Birmingham to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Muscat respectively as these are the respective hubs of these airlines. All of these airlines have almost two daily flights to Jeddah from their hubs. Emirates flies three times in day.
European Airlines with Cheap flights to Jeddah
Turkish Airlines and Atlas Global flies from Istanbul to Jeddah but Turkish Airlines also flies from Ankara. Germany’s Lufthansa also operate flights to Jeddah from Frankfurt. It’s a daily service from Frankfurt which can be availed through transiting in Frankfurt if you fly with Lufthansa. Tunis Air operates from Tunis in Tunisia. It operates 4 weekly flights from Tunis to Jeddah.
African Airlines with Cheap flights to Jeddah:
If you still want more diversity in your choice of airlines than you can choose from African airlines, there are number of airline from different African countries that offers flights to Jeddah. The list of African Airlines starts with Egypt Air, although Egypt is an Arab dominated country but it comes in African continent so you can say it is an African Airline. Egypt Air operates flights from Cairo, Sharm Al-Shaikh and Alexandria. Ethiopian Airlines flies from Addis Ababa to Jeddah with a daily flight to Jeddah. Roya Air Maroc operates daily flights from Casablanca, Morocco. Kenya Airways also offers flights to Jeddah with a transit stop in Nairobi with a schedule of weekly flights.
Mediterranean Airlines with flights to Jeddah
Some other airlines that flies from UK Airports and Jeddah; Royal Jordanian Airlines from Amman, Jordan offers daily service, Middle Eastern Airlines from Beirut, Lebanon with 5 weekly flights to Jeddah. Air Mediterranean has begun its weekly 4 flights service to Jeddah and it also operates from London Stansted Airport.
